resemblance to any existing persons, places, or things, living or dead (or otherwise) is purely
coincidental.  Orion's Child and Orion Press are enemies of Plagiarism and Intellectual Property Piracy
in all its forms; we will co-operate fully in the prosecution of those attempting to submit stolen works

That Being Said:
Would you like to submit, your story, poem, or artwork?
We would love to hear from you!  Send all stories, poems, and articles to
EditorOrionsChild@galadarn.com
Artwork should be sent to the Art Editor, Ariana Baer at:
ArtsubmissionsOC@gmail.com
While we cannot necessarily use all submissions, we will be happy to consider almost
anything, provided it meets the following guidelines:

1. This is a Science Fiction and Fantasy Magazine: your submission must be on-genre.  If you
are not sure what Science Fiction or Fantasy is, feel free to drop me a line, and be prepared
for my long-winded description

2. This is a Family Magazine so submissions containing gratuitous sex and splatter-type
violence will be rejected out of hand.  Likewise, Artwork containing blatant nudity and or
gross violence will be subject to the same rejection.

3. The work must be original to you: in other words you must have created it, drawn it,
written it etc.; i.e. YOU must BE the author or artist.

4. We are
NOT currently a paying market.  This being said, we welcome republication and
re-posted art, fiction, and poetry.  In other words, even if it is already available
somewhere either in print or on the web, we will happily consider it for publication here as
long as it meets the above criteria.

5. Orion's Child Magazine and Orion Press make no claim on rights to an author, poet, or
artist's work.  You retain all rights to your work (i.e. you can sell, give away, or otherwise
distribute your own work).  We ask only that you respect your fellow authors and artists:
it
IS unlawful to take their work and attempt to distribute or sell it as your own.  Also:
Orion Press is fundamentally AGAINST the current Orphan Works legislation in the U.S.
Congress.  NO WORK APPEARING IN ORION'S CHILD MAGAZINE IS ORPHANED.  ALL WORKS ARE
COPYRIGHT BY THE RESPECTIVE CREATOR.
