My name is Lisa Balmer but, in the art world, most know me as Heztia. I am a 30 year old stay at home
mom of there wonderful children-12, 8, and 4. I am Canadian and Trinidain but born and raised in
Toronto, Ontario Canada. I've had a love for the Arts whether it be drawing or singing and have been
doing it for as far back as I can remember. I love being able to create and it seems to come naturally to
me. I took art in school, which got me doing a lot of pencil work, mostly Marvel Comic's X-Men.
Eventually, I branched out and started playing
with water colours and oils but my 1st love was always creating with pencil until about 12 years ago
when I got into computer graphics and web design. I was hooked and had to learn all that I could about
CG. My choice of programs started with Photoshop and has now grown into Bryce, Daz Studio and Poser
with Photoshop. I'm a Fantasy artist who is
inspired by Boris Vallejo, Julie Bell, Luis Royo and Ken Kelly. Right now I have 5 online galleries, one of
which is my personal website. I do sell my art on a couple of these sites, and recently, I sold my first
